Listening to the customer and understanding customer goals during the design phase are critical to success in all types of AV projects. Environments vary greatly from classrooms to clinics from hotel ballrooms, home automation, and conference centers. Acoustical and Visual consulting includes working with architects, engineers, developers, interior designers, operators and owners to design environments, indoors and outdoors, that meet predetermined requirements and intended uses.
Consultants provide specific design input related to architecture, interior design and special sound and lighting techniques through all project design phases, followed by observations and testing throughout the construction and installation phase. Testing, evaluation and remedial design are also provided to solve problems in existing situations.
Retaining a consultant to complete the post installation "integration phase" will extract maximum capabilities from your AV systems and spaces. After the AV Contractor completes the physical cabling and equipment installation, the integration work of automation, work flow optimization, systems management, scheduling, maintenance contracts, metrics reporting, unified sign-on for administration and user access begins.

Design/Engineering - Meet with architect and interior designer to coordinate and develop RFI, RFP or RFQ "technology tender document". Deliverables => approved final Bill of Materials (BoM), summarized Technical review and Commercial review based on bid responses, make final award recommendation. |

Project Management - Coordinate procurement, finance, electrical contractor, sub-systems integrator, phone/data contractor. Facilitate substantial completion payment(s), materials delivery, work schedule, project milestones, and important internal/external project communication. Deliverable => basic operational functionality |

System Integration - Meet with operators, sub-system integrators, owners to optimize work flow, system management, system maintenance contracts, final documentation and systems training. Deliverable => advanced operational functionality Annual Review - Visit owners and operators yearly. Deliverable => provide system maintenance/upgrade recommendations |
