THE WEDGE

LIGHTING

1) light the main presenter and participants very well (key and fill lighting in television)
2) wash the back and side walls with light to add depth (3D) to your image (back light in television)
3) have a very soft glow around the back edges of the display to lessen eye fatigue during long conferences
4) avoid any of the light bulbs in view of camera(s).

tables

A conference room 4445mm x 7112mm with a 3300mm long isosceles trapezoid table.

  • Long end closest to the display is 1524mm wide
  • Short end farthest away from the display is 1067mm wide

The angle works out to 4 degrees outward for both sides of the table which is enough to lower the display toward "ideal" while not having audience heads blocking the image.
